Libby’s Deli and Bakery is the ultimate destination for delicious and gluten free food. We’re making it our mission to create a range of gluten free food that is so delicious you won't even know it’s gluten free.

We take pride in being an active and valued member of our local community, where everyone is welcome. Our establishment is both family and dog-friendly, making it an ideal spot to enjoy breakfast, brunch, lunch and after school snacks and meals. Our delicious pizzas are particularly popular with our younger customers.

We're a small but mighty team, led by Masterchef Winner, Keri Moss, and we all believe that everyone should be able to enjoy freshly-baked bread, pastries, pizzas and bagels, no matter what dietary restrictions they may have. From our mouth-watering sourdough bread, decadent pastries and crunchy bagels to our fresh breakfast bowls and delicious shakshuka and toasties, we've got something to satisfy every craving. Everything is baked and made fresh daily, so you know you're getting the best of the best. 

WHAT IS YOUR GREATEST BUSINESS ACHIEVMENT SO FAR?

Our greatest achievement so far has been the overwhelming positive feedback from our customers. It’s been incredibly rewarding to see the impact we’ve had on peoples’ lives. And the joy we’ve given them motivates us to continue striving for excellence. Our Instagram community has been a key factor in building a loyal and dedicated base of customers and friends. As we grow, we are constantly pushing ourselves to improve and exceed expectations.

WHAT DO YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE NEXT?

World domination! Just kidding, but we do want to show people that gluten free food can be enjoyed by everyone, not just those on restricted diets. We want to keep improving and producing delicious food and continue to grow our customer base. Being an active part of the thriving community of Belsize Park is also a top priority for us. As local residents and parents to two young kids, we hold the neighbourhood close to our hearts and are dedicated to making a positive impact. We take pride in infusing a personal touch into everything we do, even naming the business after our daughter, Libby. 

WHAT ONE PIECE OF ADVICE WOULD YOU LIKE TO OFFER SOMEONE THINKING OF ENTERING INTO YOUR FIELD?

Quality is essential. Whilst attracting customers is important, we believe their satisfaction and loyalty is dependent on the quality of our food.

All our food is made from the highest quality ingredients, our breads and pastries are baked fresh daily and we won’t sell anything that doesn’t meet our high standards. The positive feedback we’ve received so far is a testament to our commitment to quality.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE ASPECT ABOUT WORKING IN THE LOCAL AREA?

Having lived in Belsize Park for 15 years and raising our kids here, it’s safe to say we love everything about this vibrant community. We started off in Notting Hill which is also an area with such unique charm but as soon as an opportunity arose to open a second store here in Belsize Park, we jumped at the chance. We are proud to be an integral part of this community and believe that Libby’s, with it’s personal touch, adds to the unique character of the area.

WHAT ENCOURAGED YOU TO JOIN HAMPSTEAD HIVE AND WHAT HAS YOUR EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE HIVEBEEN LIKE SO FAR?

Being an integral part of this amazing local community means so much to us so that joining Hampstead Hive was an easy decision. Being new to The Hive, we are looking forward to becoming more involved.
