Our familiar Kenwood has been transformed into a Christmas fairytale and we cannot recommend attending highly enough.

As the night draws in, Kenwood house hosts what can only be described as a magical winter wonderland.

We were so fortunate to be invited to the Christmas At Kenwood press night and the experience was something we can wholeheartedly recommend to all Hampstead Mums families.

A stunning array of lighting effects, from high tech lasers to coloured bulbs and snowflakes illuminate the visitors way through the trees.

The trail starts at the rear of the house and it takes you on a enchanted path between the trees. Along the way illuminated animals and birds sparkle from the branches, all accompanied by magnificent music creating a magical mood.

Giant snowflakes are projected swirling across the walls of the house and Kenwood’s magnificent trees are lit up in stunning hues of purples and pinks.

As the trail draws to an end, the finale sees the front of the house display a shimmering projection of a robin wrapping the mansion into a giant bow, while the columns are transformed into candy canes.

The Kenwood at Christmas lights trail is a fantastic, Covid safe family outing. If you aren’t feeling Christmassy yet, this event will surely get you in the festive mood!
