I run Fierce Grace yoga studio

WHAT IS YOUR GREATEST BUSINESS ACHIEVMENT SO FAR?

Getting my yoga teacher certificate at 40 years old! I have been doing something completely different – working in public health as a scientific director – but COVID made me rethink my life and becoming a yoga teacher was the first step of this new chapter.

WHAT DO YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE NEXT?

I want to expand and open a second studio within the Fierce Grace brand in London

WHAT ONE PIECE OF ADVICE WOULD YOU LIKE TO OFFER SOMEONE THINKING OF ENTERING INTO YOUR FIELD?

Surround yourself with people that are eager to learn and willing to take risks

What is your favourite aspect of working in the local area?

Creating a yoga community within the local area where I live is fantastic – I often see people that I know at my studio and it makes it feel even more like a home

WHAT ENCOURAGED YOU TO JOIN HAMPSTEAD HIVE AND WHAT HAS YOUR EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE HIVEBEEN LIKE SO FAR?

 I wanted to make sure I was reaching the community of mothers around me, especially those that might be new to yoga and could feel intimidated to try something new for the first time
