Tell us about your business, what services do you offer?

All in Sync was conceived in 2016. I brought my then 16 years of Reiki knowledge and informal practice into a professional environment to fulfil my desire of helping individuals live their best possible life. My healing sessions help people release negative thoughts, emotions and anxiety that are holding them back – in relationships, in their careers, with fertility and other areas of their lives that are greatly impacted by stress and anxiety.

Through the years, I have further qualified as a Reiki Master, NLP Practitioner, then a Breathwork and a Meditation Coach. My combination of these modalities helps synchronise the Mind, Body and Soul. This allows individuals to experience their own true nature, reconnecting them to their inner confidence, strength and wisdom.

I facilitate these healing sessions individually as well as in group workshops. ‘Holding space’ for my clients as they go through their inner journey of gaining clarity and inner-peace; and watching them evolve into a positive mindspace brings me a sense of deep fulfilment.

What is your greatest business achievement so far?

This gets me very emotional. The most beautiful outcome of my work has been to successfully help an unexplained infertility, conceive naturally and give birth to a beautiful, healthy baby. I worked with the mother for many months with Reiki and guided meditations to release her anxiety and the pressure she put on herself to conceive. Through this work, she was able to let go, heal, strengthen emotionally and physically creating a safe and open space for a healthy conception.

What do you want to achieve next?

Conducting Wellness Programmes within Small -Medium Companies as well as Wellness Retreats.

What one piece of advice would you like to offer someone thinking of entering into your field?

Keep it real. This is a tender environment but extremely fulfilling when facilitated with the right heart and mind space.

What is your favourite aspect about working in the local area?

Being part of the local community and being able to provide my services to local families. I also get inspired by the network of local business owners. Being close to the Heath – now that’s a total bonus.

What encouraged you to join Hampstead Hive and what has your experience been like so far within the Hive?

I love the simplicity and the ethos of Hampstead Hive. Both Jessica and Nitika are so genuinely passionate about promoting local businesses. I have enjoyed the networking events and the effort the two ladies make in ensuring each Hive member is showcased appropriately.

You two have a finger on the pulse with bringing our local businesses together and fostering a great communal relationship..
