Hi my name is Becky I am a female specialist Personal Trainer and live locally in South End Green with my 3 children currently 11,9 & 7.
I retrained as a Personal Trainer back in 2012 in between baby number 1& 2. I started out a studying Interior Design at Kingston University then embarked on an around the world trip with the belief I would then come back and start in the design industry but I caught the traveling bug so when I returned home, and became cabin crew for various airlines. To feed my love for fitness after my 3rd child was born, I started buggyfit in Primrose Hill and Regent’s Park back in 2017 slowly adding more working hours to my week as my own child grew, gaining many new qualifications in all aspects of female fitness.
My own journey through pregnancy and postnatal period ignited my passion for pre- and post-natal fitness. I suffered both from Diastasis and an umbilical hernia after my third pregnancy so, my knowledge grew to help myself and others. I personally understand the demands pregnancy puts on your body and that every pregnancy and postnatal journey is unique but I truly believe fitness and exercise can help you in so many aspects of that journey.
I truly love the wonders of the female body and its ability to grow an actual human, and I know the demand that this puts on your body from hips, pelvic floor, posture, strength and balance. In my sessions I will guide you and push you to be able to regain your body, not to bounce back but to get back to a better, stronger different you. Teaching you how to progress many exercises and address them in a manner that makes you feel confident to go to any fitness class and just do what is right for you.
I will be offering pre & postnatal fitness classes for the Hampstead Mums H&W members, these will be over zoom and in person in Primrose Hill
